I always use lovell soccer because great service, great price, and high quality. I really love this. Even I live abroad, I make an order for my successful football life.

Do not use this website, ordered on three separate occasions multiple pairs of football boots. One took 2 weeks to get to me after next day delivery was bought. TWICE the football boots I ordered after purchasing I received an email saying they didn’t have the size I bought in stock. Terrible company

Ordered a pair of trainers for my son in size 4. Arrived.. one shoe a 3 other a 4. Emailed straight away, asked to reserve a size 4 and will send this back. Takes 3 days to get back to me, a week later still nothing email again and again asking for another size 4 to be sent, only get a breif email back from Carlos each time not once does he acknowledge anything I have said in my email. Week later after returning the faulty pair, still hear nothing, size 4 showing out of stock, still emailing to ask if another pair being sent, replies waiting for my return, now received an email (still not acknowledged mine) to say we've refunded you! I can't believe it! I don't think he reads the emails. This is not customer service, size 4 still showing out of stock, my son will be distraght. I wouldn't advise using this company ok if your items aren't faulty, you have no chance if they are. Most frustrating thing is you can't speak to anyone. NOT HAPPY!!!!

It has been now 7 days and I have still not seen any shoes arriving here today. You guys promised on my email that I would get it today. You guys are liars, manipulative and very unprofessional. I am now writing to the quality committee and reporting all this. I am not the first. I have reached at last 63 people who actually never got back products or shoes. You’re a joke
